LAWINE

We can talk about Lawine as a non frozen process of sharing art and social ideas, bringing people with several backgrounds together, working in a chain of recycling, remaking and rethinking work, thoughts and methods. Since 2006 we've been collaborating with Marvelloustone (Pt) and La Tejedora (Es); and since beginning of 2009 with Aki Tarr (De), Substrata (De), Sandwich box (Den), General Public (Berlin), West Germany (De).

Lawine is a non-commercial event organized by PISO, an art collective, now based in Berlin, and supported by friends. It was developed mainly in atelier Matador Kantine, through "indoors" sessions of collective work and discussion, as well as open-atelier evenings, screenings, concerts and exhibitions.
